Les missions

The Growth Hacker is above all a growth strategist. Its mission is to find original and fast ways to increase the number of users, maximize conversions and retain customers. It takes an experimental approach, setting up A/B tests and other experiments to identify the most effective tactics.

As soon as a product or service is launched, the Growth Hacker performs an in-depth analysis of data to understand user behavior, identify growth drivers, and find the friction points that limit conversions. For example, for a service platform, it could test various welcome messages or CTAs in order to optimize the engagement of new users.

He collaborates closely with the product and marketing teams to integrate growth hacking techniques into all stages of the user experience, whether for the acquisition of new customers or to improve retention. He uses web analytics tools to measure the impact of his actions and adjusts his strategies according to the results.

The Growth Hacker also uses unconventional methods to generate visibility and attract new users, such as viral marketing, influencer campaigns, or search engine optimization. Her creativity and her ability to detect new opportunities allow her to remain competitive in a dynamic environment where speed of execution is crucial.

This job requires great versatility and an analytical mind: the Growth Hacker must be able to juggle marketing strategy, data analysis, and product development. Through its agile and innovative approach, it contributes directly to the expansion of the company by generating measurable and sustainable growth.
