As an agile coach, he helps the team adopt agile values, encourages collaboration, and promotes continuous improvement. He ensures that the team respects the commitments made at the start of the sprint and works effectively to deliver a quality product. When a problem or a block occurs, the Scrum Master intervenes to solve it in collaboration with stakeholders or other teams.
