Les missions

The CRM Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of CRM tools and strategies to maximize customer engagement, improve their experience, and increase loyalty. He intervenes at all stages of the project, from the definition of needs to the start of production and post-implementation follow-up.

Its missions begin with an in-depth analysis of the company's needs in terms of customer relationship management. This involves working with different departments (marketing, sales, customer service, IT) to define clear goals and priorities. It also needs to analyze existing systems and customer data to determine what improvements can be made.

The CRM Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of the CRM project, ensuring that the solutions chosen meet the needs of the company. He coordinates technical, marketing, and sales teams to integrate the CRM tool into business processes. This includes customizing the platform, integrating customer data, and configuring features like segmentation, marketing campaign automation, lead and business opportunity management.

He must also train teams to use CRM and ensure that users adopt new solutions effectively. The CRM Project Manager must then monitor the evolution of the project, by measuring its impact on customer relationships and on the company's commercial performance. It uses KPIs (key performance indicators) to assess campaign effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Part of its role is also to ensure that customer data is properly collected, secured, and used in a manner that complies with regulations, including the GDPR. He must be able to propose corrective actions or optimizations to guarantee the best possible customer experience.

Finally, the CRM Project Manager must monitor technology to identify new trends and technologies in customer relationship management. He may also be required to pilot projects for future CRM developments, based on emerging needs and user feedback.

In summary, the CRM Project Manager plays a central role in the digital transformation of customer relationship management. Thanks to a good mastery of CRM tools and effective project management, it contributes to strengthening customer loyalty, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing the company's profitability.
