Les missions

The Digital Payroll Manager is responsible for the complete management of the payroll of a company's employees. It uses digital tools to automate and simplify payroll processes, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Its missions start with collecting the data necessary to draw up pay slips, such as hours worked, absences, bonuses and information on new hires.

It ensures that the information collected is properly integrated into the payroll software. Once the payroll items have been processed, he calculates net wages and makes social, tax and other contributions. He is also responsible for social declarations to the competent bodies (URSSAF, pension funds, etc.), as well as for the transmission of data to Social Security as part of the Nominative Social Declaration (DSN).

The Digital Payroll Manager is also involved in the management of leaves, absences and benefits in kind. He must ensure the regular updating of employee information, the management of career developments (promotions, increases, bonuses) and the application of legislative and regulatory changes.

An important part of his role is to answer questions from employees about their payroll, especially in the event of anomalies or errors. He may also be required to provide information on social benefits (mutual insurance, pension, etc.) and to carry out regular reports to management in order to analyze the payroll and optimize costs.

With the digitalization of payroll management, he must also ensure the proper functioning of the tools used, their updating and the security of employees' personal and salary data. He often collaborates with HR, accounting and finance teams to ensure effective and consistent management of all aspects related to employee compensation.

In summary, the Digital Payroll Manager combines payroll management and IT skills to automate and optimize compensation processes within the company. It plays a key role in human resources management and social compliance, while facilitating relationships with employees through intuitive and effective digital tools.
